Welcome to our condo. We named it Sol Vista del Mar — a beautiful view of the sun and sea. This is one of the few oceanfront units in Playa del Carmen with both a beach and ocean view and a central location near 5th Avenue, which makes it the perfect getaway. It sits on Calle 28 between Calle Cozumel and the beach, fifty metres from the sand and five hundred from 5th Avenue.
Just steps from the famous Quinta Avenida you are among world-class dining, with the best restaurants lining the street. A few steps the other way from the condo entrance, the street turns to sand as you enter Mamita’s Beach — powder-soft sand, turquoise water and several beach clubs to choose from.
