Payment Policy
• 50% of the total is due upon signing the Guest Agreement to confirm the reservation.
• The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to the check-in date.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in will receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made between 15-29 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made 14 days or less before check-in will receive no refund.
The Host may cancel this reservation if the Guest fails to make payments on time or fails to complete the required guest verification and sign this Agreement.

This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
