This is one of the few oceanfront condo units in Playa del Carmen that has a beach and ocean view as well as centrally located near 5th avenue, making it the perfect Playa del Carmen getaway. Strategically positioned on Calle 28th between Calle Cozumel and the beach, this luxurious retreat occupies what many consider the best location in the city. Just steps from the famous Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue), you’ll find yourself immersed in a vibrant tapestry of world-class dining, with the best restaurants lining the streets. Just a few steps from the condo entrance the street turns to sand as you enter the renowned Mamita’s Beach with powder-soft sands, turquoise waters and several beach clubs to choose from

As evening falls, the soft sounds of live music drift up from the street, creating a magical atmosphere where one of my favorite things to do is take a walk down 5th avenue and feel the excitement from the shops and the people.

Mamita’s beach is a public beach, and you are welcome to take our beach chairs and beach umbrella with you as you find the perfect place and plant your toes into powdery soft sand. For an upgraded experience, with food and drinks, you won’t be able to miss Mamita’s Beach Club or Club Tata in front of Aldea Thai, or just next door is Coralina Beach Club which has a pool and a party atmosphere with music and entertainment.
